Private Group Yoga Classes in St. George, UT
Want a yoga class just for your group? I teach private group yoga classes for bachelorette parties, girls' trips, birthdays, running groups, corporate teams and family reunions across St. George. I'm Meg Pratt, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Classes are 60 minutes, designed for all levels, and held at your home, vacation rental, office or a local park. Groups start at $25 per person, and I bring mats and props for everyone.
About Group Yoga Classes
Who group classes are for
You bring the people, I'll bring the movement and good vibes. Group classes work well for:
Bachelorette and bridal parties who want a calm, feel-good morning before the big night (or the morning after)
Girls' trips and friend groups visiting St. George or celebrating at home
Birthdays and milestone celebrations that want something different from brunch
Running, cycling and triathlon groups that want a recovery and mobility session after training
Corporate teams and offices looking for a wellness break or team-building activity
Family reunions and retreats with a mix of ages and fitness levels
Church, school or community groups planning a wellness night
No experience needed. Every pose has an easier and a harder option, so first-timers and longtime yogis can practice side by side.
What's included

What to bring and how booking works
What to bring: comfortable clothes, water, and an open area of about 6 by 8 feet per person (a living room, patio, lawn or rooftop works). I bring the mats and props. In summer, outdoor classes run at sunrise or near sunset to avoid the heat.
How booking works:
Request a class. Share your date, location, group size and the occasion.
Plan together. I'll reach out within 24 hours to talk through your group and suggest a class style.
Confirm. A deposit of 50% holds your date.
Enjoy the class. I arrive 15 minutes early to set up, and your group just shows up and breathes.
Cancellation: Free rescheduling up to 48 hours after class. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before your scheduled class.
