"Movement should make your life bigger, not take it over."
Hi! Iām Meg.
I stepped onto a yoga mat for the first time as a teenager and was instantly hooked. I was looking for a way to improve my flexibility and mobility for high school cross country and track, but I found that and so much more.
Yoga, strength training and running have been a consistent practice for me for over 20 years. The time I've spent on my mat, on the trail and in the gym carried me through two pregnancies, half marathons, triathlons, and just living in this beautiful, complicated world we all share.

Who I work with
Women 30+. Your body changes after 30, and your training should too. I help women build muscle, protect their joints and bones, and find a routine that fits real life with work, kids and everything else.
New and returning moms. I've been through two pregnancies myself, so I know how it feels to rebuild strength and trust in your body. I focus on gradual progressions, breath and core connection, and plans that flex around a new schedule. I always work alongside your doctor's guidance.
Endurance athletes. As a runner and triathlete, I know what tight hips, cranky knees and training fatigue feel like. I build strength and mobility around your race calendar so you stay healthy and feel good doing the sport you love.
My approach
My niche sits right where movement science meets philosophy. I combine an understanding of anatomy and exercise programming with the mindfulness and spiritual tradition of yoga. In practice, that means every plan is evidence-based and built for your body, and every class leaves you feeling nourished, confident and ready to take on anything.
I'm thrilled to share this with you as a teacher, and also as a fellow practitioner who is still learning every day.
