Private In-Home & Vacation Rental Yoga

Yes, you can book a private yoga teacher who comes to you in St. George! I'm Meg Pratt, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I teach private yoga in homes, vacation rentals, Airbnbs and outdoor spaces across Washington County. Sessions are usually 60 minutes, built around your goals and experience level, and start at $75 per session. I bring the mats and props. You just show up.

About Private Yoga Sessions

Private sessions are for anyone who wants yoga on their own terms, in their own space. Most of the people I work with are women in their 30s, 40s and beyond who want to feel strong, mobile and calm in their bodies. Private yoga is a good fit if you are:

  • New to yoga and want to learn the basics without a crowded studio

  • An athlete (runners, cyclists, triathletes, climbers) looking to improve mobility and speed up recovery

  • Visiting St. George and want a calm, guided practice at your rental after a day of hiking

  • Returning to movement after a baby, an injury or a long break, and want someone to adapt every pose to you

  • Busy and would rather the class come to you than drive to a studio schedule

  • A couple, family or small group who want a shared practice without booking a full group class

Who is private yoga for?

What to bring and how booking works

What to bring: comfortable clothes you can move in, water, and about 8 by 8 feet of open floor space (a patio or backyard works too). I bring everything else. In summer, outdoor sessions are scheduled early morning to avoid the heat.

How booking works:

  1. Request a session. Fill out the request form with your preferred dates, location and number of people.

  2. Quick consult. I'll reach out within 24 hours by phone or email to talk through your goals and confirm details.

  3. Confirm and pay. You'll get a confirmation with date, time and address. Payment is due at booking.

  4. Practice. I arrive 15 minutes early to set up. You roll out of bed or off the trail and onto the mat.

Cancellation: Free rescheduling 24 hours before your scheduled session. Free cancellation 7 days before your scheduled session.

Frequently asked questions

Can a yoga instructor come to my Airbnb or vacation rental in St. George? Yes. I teach at vacation rentals, Airbnbs and resorts across St. George, Washington, Santa Clara, Ivins and Hurricane. Send the address when you book and I'll bring mats and props for everyone.

How much does private yoga cost in St. George? My private sessions start at $75 for 60 minutes for one person. 5-session packages are discounted.

I've never done yoga. Is a private session okay for beginners? Private sessions is a great way to start. I'll teach the foundations at your pace and modify every pose for your body, so you build confidence before ever stepping into a group class.

Do I need my own yoga mat or equipment? No. I bring mats, blocks and straps upon request. You just need comfortable clothes and a little open space.

Can private yoga help with running, triathlon or hiking recovery? Yes. I've been a runner and triathlete for over 20 years, so I can build sessions around tight hips, hamstrings and lower backs, plus mobility and breathwork that support training and recovery.

Can we practice outside? Yes. Patios, backyards and local parks all work. From May through September, I schedule outdoor sessions at sunrise because of the St. George heat.

What's your cancellation policy? You can cancel for free 7 days before your session, or reschedule 24 hours before. All other cancellations are charged in full.

Do you offer virtual sessions? Yes! If you're between visits to St. George, we can keep practicing over video.
