I come to your Airbnb in St. George, Ivins or Kayenta, bring mats and props for everyone, curate the music and plan a 60-minute class around the celebration. Classes start at $25 per person.
No one needs yoga experience. Every pose has an easy option, so the bride's yoga-obsessed best friend and the cousin who's never tried it can laugh, stretch and breathe together.
Choose your class
The morning-after recovery flow. The most-requested class. After a big night out, we move gently: slow stretches for tired legs and backs, easy twists, deep breathing and a long guided rest. No jumping, no handstands, no judgment. Bring water and coffee. Many groups do this one in pajamas.
The kickoff flow. An upbeat class on day one to get everyone in the same headspace, with energizing movement, partner poses and a moment to toast the bride with intentions for her marriage.
Sunset slow flow. A calm, golden-hour class before dinner out, timed for the best light on the red rocks.

Pricing
Bachelorette yoga starts at $25 per person for a 60-minute class. Mats, blocks and straps are included for up to 8 people. Larger groups are welcome, so contact me for a quote. A 50% deposit holds your date, and add-ons are priced when we plan your class. Renting out an additional space may add to this cost.
Booking a class at your rental in Ivins or Kayenta
Many bachelorette groups stay in the vacation homes of Kayenta, Ivins and the Black Desert area, close to Snow Canyon. Here's how to book:
Send a request with your dates, the rental's address, group size and the vibe you want: chill, energizing or recovery.
Check your space. You need about 6 by 8 feet per person. A living room, patio, pool deck or lawn works. Send a photo if you're not sure.
Check rental rules. Most rentals are fine with a small class. If yours has HOA quiet hours, I'll keep the music low.
Pay your deposit. 50% holds the date.
Wake up and roll out. I arrive 15 minutes early to set up. Just show up.
