Guided Hike and Yoga in St. George, Utah
Looking for a wellness activity for your St. George vacation that lets your group hike and relax? Book a guided hike and yoga morning. I'm Meg Pratt, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I pick a red rock trail that fits your group, we hike together, then I lead a 30 – 45-minute outdoor yoga flow with breathwork and a guided rest. Most experiences take 2 to 2.5 hours, start at $50 per person, and include mats.
It's an easy yes for girls' trips, bachelorettes, family reunions, couples and small company retreats. No yoga experience is needed, and every pose has an easier and a harder option.
How it works
Send a request. Share your dates, group size, where you're staying and how active your group wants to be.
I suggest a trail. I'll recommend a hike based on your group's fitness, the season and the views you want. Easy, family-friendly walks and more active hikes are both options.
We meet at the trailhead. I'll send the meeting spot, parking details and a start time the day before.
Hike, then flow. We hike at a relaxed pace, stop somewhere quiet with a view, and practice yoga on mats I carry in or stage nearby.
Head back refreshed. Most groups are back at the car in time for brunch.
